SUSA is directed by Suzan Ibrahim and Sara Ibrahim; and co-leader Kosame Li-Han. As licensed architects based in Toronto, Paris, and London, we are efficient, innovative, and caring. We design form-driven spatial experiences through buildings, exhibitions, installations, and research. Our work is developed through an interest in harnessing our everyday material's fine and complex behavior through new tools and software to address our client’s needs.

Our projects begin on two parallel streams: explorative sketching using today’s newest tools and visualization and in-depth research, grounding ideas in the needs of our clients and the public. A balance between practice and research begins from the first step while being conscientious about the budget. The work is characterized by conscientious attention to detail and efficient digital fabrication, focusing on the essence of form, not beyond excess or over-design. The intention is to keep exploration tightly linked to daily use and our closely linked identity.
