Passage

Passage

A winning competition entry at the Dag Hammarskjöld Square, a new cultural city center in Malmö, Sweden.

The focal point of Dag Hammarskjöld Square is a sculpture of two iron spirals. They coil, swirl and twist into each other to a height of eight meters. They appear as though in mid-progress, full of movement and speed. They give way to the space, liberate the typical experience and leave room for a new kind of exploration.
